What's the difference between the Digimate and the Old School Memory Mate?
Both products feature both the team and the individual photos. The Digimate is an all-in-one 8x10 sheet that has both photos on a single sheet with graphics. The Old School Memory Mate is a cardboard folio that has slots for both photos but cannot be personalized or customized. It is offered mainly for those parents with older children who (in the old days) couldn't get anything but the memory mate. The choice is yours!
Do I have to buy a package?
Not at all. You can buy anything you want from our order form...packages or a la carte. In general, if you are buying 2 sheets or more, you are better off buying a package.
What products come personalized?
The magazine cover, the fridge magnet & the tickets all come personalized without having to pay for it.
What can I get personalized & what should I put on it?
You can pay to personalize any sheet. Usually, parents personalize the digimate. You can put anything on there you want, but try to limit the number of characters. The most common personalization is the child's name and jersey number.
I'm buying trader cards but I don't know his/her position?
Put on there whatever you want! Ask your child what position they want on their cards. Most of the younger players don't have a set position anyway...put their "dream" position on there and make them proud!
I have 2 kids here...do I have to write 2 checks?
No problem...a single check will work just fine! We just need to note that on both forms.
How do I get my photos?
The photos are mailed to the head coach in approximately 3 weeks.
