Dear LSO baseball and softball coaches: We are offering online photo scheduling for this year's photography. Please follow the 6 steps below to get signed up. We are offering 4 Photo Days for the combined baseball and softball teams to be photographed. This year's photography will be held all 4 days at Woodland Elementary school's cafeteria (rain or shine). Below are the specific time slots listed by days . Please instruct your players and parents to arrive 15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled time slot to fill out all paperwork for photos . All coaches will have an equal chance to get the time slot(s) they prefer by following the steps below.

In an effort to be fair to all, we will begin to schedule teams online Monday April 12 beginning at 8:00 am.
After reviewing the times above, please select 3 time slots ranked in order of preference (1st choice, 2nd choice, 3rd choice and dates) and e-mail them to us by filling out the form here We will rely on the the time/date stamps of e-mails returned to reserve your time slot based on your choices. We will notify you within 24 hours by e-mail that your choice has been confirmed. The schedule will be updated nightly so that it will show the time slots taken (by name) and leave the available times to be chosen. All coaches not responding by e-mail (within the 5 days) will be called at home beginning Saturday March 17 to fill the remaining time slots. A master schedule will be composed will all known teams and times at that point. It is not essentail to e-mail during this period but advised as other teams will get first pick of time slots.
Notes: There are no alternative photo days scheduled. Please be aware that the vast majority of teams will be photographed with missing team members due to illness or other family obligations. Please do not delay your team photos due to missing team members on photo day. We will be happy to accept single "walk-ins" (Photo Days only) at any time without appointment for those team members who may arrive late or need to arrive early because of scheduling conflicts. Please understand that the photography program by All-Star digital photography is used as a fundraiser for LSO and all teams are encouraged to participate. While picture purchases are never mandatory, we feel parents should have the right to purchase memories of their children in uniform. We especially are interested in getting teams photographed that have team sponsors as they will be getting a picture sponsorhip plaque.
Order forms are available online here for downloading. If you prefer them mailed to you please indicate so below the online scheduling form. We will have extra forms available on Photo Day, along with a selection of products for review including new items this season. Prices have been reduced $2.00 per package this year as we will be mailing photos directly to coaches.
